Half a Year

Our Bossy girl is 6 months old today. Her little personality is starting to really come out. She is a pretty quiet baby but has started to find her voice. However, she has no problem telling us when she needs/wants attention.

She can roll both ways and squirms her way around in circles. She hasn't sat on her own for more than a few seconds, but she lifts almost her whole chest off the ground when on her tummy. She loves to play with her toes and is really starting to enjoys her toys. She even reaches for me when she wants to be picked up or taken back from someone else's arms.

Jossy loves her big brother. He fascinates her and she always stares and reaches for him when he is close by. They play together and she smiles and coos at him. She is often distracted during nursing when he is goofing around.

She still doesn't sleep through the night. Even naps are hit or miss, but I don't mind. She makes up for it in spades with her giant smiles!

She is itty-bitty, just barely fitting in her 0-3 month clothes. She takes after her mama in this way! I often get comments on the "brand new baby" and then they are shocked to find out she's 6 months old.
We love our Jossy Bossy so much! She fits into our little family perfectly! Happy 6 months baby girl!!
