The Children's Museum in Phoenix has free admission from 5-9pm on the first Friday of the month. Matt and I took the kids and met up with a few other families. We hadn't been to the museum in over a year. It was a lot of fun and Alex got to burn off all his extra energy before bed. At about 8 pm a fire alarm went off in the museum. It was CHAOS! Everyone managed to get out OK and we heard that it was only a drill. Although I wasn't too happy at the time, it is actually a good thing that they practiced evacuating when the museum was at capacity.
