After watching Curious George this morning Alex asked if he could do a science experiment he saw on the show. He got out a cup of water, salt, sugar and pepper to test which items would dissolve in the water. He decided to record his findings in his journal. I drew him a simple chart to mark yes or no. I love his initiative!
